HEAL | CONTROL | STRENGTH | FREEDOM
Build range. Strengthen it. Use it
“We create range with assisted stretching, then make it permanent with strength and end-range control.”
“Range of motion is earned under tension.”
Who I AM
I’m a mobility specialist (FRC), strength and stretching coach specialising in restoring full, functional range of motion.
As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and coach, I bring a deep, practical understanding of movement, injury prevention, and performance.
I work with individuals experiencing pain, stiffness, postural limitations, and reduced movement control , as well as athletes requiring structured prehab, rehab, and performance-based support.
My approach integrates controlled end-range loading, range-specific strength, and targeted tissue adaptation to develop joint capacity, movement quality, and long-term function and performance.

RANGE
CONDITIONING
Own your end ranges
Build resilient strength
Move pain-free
Perform with control
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is an active mobility system focused on building strength and control at your end ranges through targeted end-range strength protocols. By actively engaging your muscles, you develop usable flexibility, improve joint health, and expand active range of motion. This approach enhances movement quality, resilience, and long-term durability—helping you truly own the ranges your body moves through.
ASSISTED
STRETCHING
Assisted stretching is a deeply restorative experience where you simply lie back and let your body be guided into positions you can’t reach on your own. Being fully passive allows your muscles to release more completely, unlocking greater flexibility and passive range while lowering resting muscle tone. In addition, assisted stretching helps reset your nervous system, supporting better movement, faster recovery, reduced tension, and improved circulation.

I offer Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) as an active, strength-building mobility protocol, and assisted stretching as a fully passive, deeply relaxing approach to improving flexibility and range of motion.
-
Getting started is easy. Simply reach out through our contact form and we’ll guide you through the next steps while answering any questions along the way.
-
I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. The work is action-based and requires your commitment and active involvement throughout the process.
-
Stretching is our entry point to helping you move better. It creates the passive range of motion, which we then reinforce with active input and strength work to make those ranges functional, controlled, and resilient.
-
That depends on your goals and current physical condition. The aim is to guide you toward greater freedom of movement and restored control within your body.
-
It’s impossible to give a fixed timeline, as pain and stiffness can come from many different factors. What we focus on is rebuilding control and strength through isometrics and end-range strength protocols, helping your body function better— and it’s that improved function that ultimately reduces pain and stiffness.
-
We’ll assess your active and passive range of motion, review your medical history, and build a clear plan of action. Treatment and training begin from day one.
-
You can contact us anytime through our contact page or by email. We aim to respond promptly, usually within one business day.
-
My approach is action-based, science-driven, collaborative, and straightforward. I’m here to mentor and guide you through the process, helping you regain freedom of movement.
